After the chorus, the scene goes to a room where Charice was surrounded by illuminating curtains. On the second chorus, the scene changed again where Charice danced together with the two same dancer outside while its raining.

'Louder' gained positive reviews from contemporary music critics. According to Amanda Hensel of PopCrush, Charice actually comes to terms with the soiled love affair pretty quickly, and vows to keep marching on because it’s the right thing to do. She also adressed ‘Louder’ to be destined for greatness as the feel-good anthem of the summer. Bill Lamb of About.com reviewed Charice's song, claiming "All of the past history aside, the new song "Louder" is a great pop record. It puts 19 year old Charice in a youthful, uptempo context that would slide perfectly into current pop radio playlists. Synopsis
On the video, Charice was shown singing by the window before it swapped to an empty where she continue singing. It goes back again to the first scene before the going back to the scene at the room where she danced with two unknown dancer. As she sing the chorus, the scene changed to different location while on the line "feel that rhythm" the video vibrates as if imitating shock waves.After the chorus, the scene goes to a room where Charice was surrounded by illuminating curtains. On the second chorus, the scene changed again where Charice danced together with the two same dancer outside while its raining.
