Physical description

The male long-finned goby grows up to 13.5 cm in total length. It has 7 dorsal spines, 12 to 13 dorsal soft rays, 1 anal spine, 13 anal soft rays. The body is violet in color. The dorsal, anal, and caudal fins have pink coloration. The first dorsal fin has 2 blue lines. The second dorsal fin has blue spots. The anal fin possesses yellow and violet margins. The paired fins are orange in color. The pectoral fins have blue spots.
