History

The Logan Thunder started in 2008 replacing New Zealand team Christchurch Sirens. They are now in their 3rd year of WNBL basketball and are more successful in the current 2010-2011 season then they have been in previous seasons. They are the first team to represent South East Queensland in over 10 years.
