The Lizard Lounge is well known as one of the best venues for showcasing rock, blues, and jazz . It hosts year round, two well known bands, Session Americana

 and Club D'Elf. Both bands are known to have multiple guests sit in with them and jam. There is also an open-mic night as well as a poetry slam night weekly. There are many loyal fans to this nightclub and it's intimate setting for live music . The bar has been open since 1996.
