The company dropped the show after selling its Portland, Oregon stations KOTK and KWJJ to Entercom Communications, and merging the Fisher Entertainment division and other Fisher subsidiarys into the main company Fisher Communications.

Liz Wilde (whom some have called "the best female radio DJ ever") started her career in the early 1980s in Key West, Fl, quickly making a name for herself in the industry. She moved her show to the Boston Market taking over the night shift of legendary rock station WAAF-FM in Boston, Massachusetts, later moving to afternoon drive-time with great success from 1990-1995. With her ratings success in Boston, Wilde moved to WLUPWLUP
