are inhabited. The island of La Mona
has personnel from the Puerto Rico DRNA (Departamento de Recursos Naturales y Ambientales) stationed there year-around but no private citizens inhabit it (other than overnight camping guests and nature enthusiasts). The other 140 islands, cays, islets and atolls are not inhabited.
