 episodes released centering around comedic themes. An OVA was released on December 8, 2006. A second season titled Shakugan no Shana Second airing between October 5, 2007 and March 27, 2008. Another four OVAs, titled Shakugan no Shana S, were released between October 23, 2009 and September 29, 2010. Every episode from Shakugan no Shana S involves different side stories from the original light novels. A third anime season titled Shakugan no Shana Final began airing on October 8, 2011.
