As of October 2011, there are 43 active chapters and 5 colonies, all located within the continental United States.
* Although located at the university, in 2003 the chapter lost recognition from and has no ties with the University of New Hampshire. The chapter is fully recognized and supported by the Phi Kappa Theta Executive Offices as well as a large and active local alumni chapter.
