 and comprises a 2003 acres (8.1 km²) estate, which includes an Edwardian manor house, 21 cottages and houses, 1500 acres (6.1 km²) of farmland, 450 acres (1.8 km²) of woodland, a village shop and a blacksmiths. There is also a 12th century village church, St Peters, which is not part of the estate.

The estate was bought by the late Herbert Blagrave
