History

Honor America Inc. founded the Liberty Bell Memorial Museum and used a former concrete ground water storage tank and pump house of the original Melbourne Water Works to house the museum. Architect Joe Vislay designed the water storage tank and pump house and contractor Robert Stitzel built it. Honor America Inc. expanded the museum in 2003 by building an additional wing to the existing facility.
