Encyclopedia
Liam Fox is a Scottish
professional footballer, currently playing for Livingston
in the Scottish Football League Second Division
. Liam first started out as a youth team player for his local club Hearts
before he graduated into the professional team playing alongside young talents such as Craig Gordon
and Ian Black. However only making the match day team as a substitute once meant he was loaned out to Irish club Crusaders
where he made 10 appearances and scored 1 goal.
On his return to Scotland he was signed by Scottish Football League First Division
outfit Inverness Caledonian Thistle, during his time at the club he saw the team promoted to the Scottish Premier League
and scored 4 goals in his 26 first team appearances. Just as Liam was appearing to make his breakthrough into the first team, a new manager was brought in and Liam fell out of favour for the central midfield role.
Before long Liam had signed for Livingston
, then playing in the Scottish Football League First Division
and quickly established himself in the starting eleven. Shortly after his arrival the club were placed into administration and promptly relegated two divisions by the Scottish Football Association
