The Patriots wrestling team in the 2005-2006 season was 21-7, ranked #16 in New Jersey, and won district 2. In the 2005-2006 wrestling season, DJ Russo was the state runner-up and national champion for the 215 weight class; he ended his season with only 1 loss. The Patriots wrestling team repeated with a district championship in the 2006-2007 season, and finished the year with a 16-11 record.
