. The band is shown performing the song in a dry, dead forest which, toward the climactic end of the video, turns to night and is heavily rained on. As the lead single, "Left Behind" also marked the video debut of Slipknot's new costumes in promotion of Iowa.

There is two versions of the video, a slightly edited version (For airing on TV) and an unedited for the DVD. The edits are both the same, with small changes.
