Richman is an Internet strategist with a specialty in using social media in product marketing. Currently employed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to communicate information about the Church's curriculum materials to members and leaders worldwide. Innovated the use of Facebook, Twitter, and other social technologies to supplement traditional communications channels within the Church. Since 2006, is the author of LDSMediaTalk, his professional blog about LDS Church materials and using social media and technology responsibly. The blog is read by over 20,000 monthly readers. As the former Director of Internet Coordination for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Richman directed the content and services of LDS.org, including coordination and synergy with other Church Web sites and related applications, such as Mormon.org, ProvidentLiving.org, FamilySearch.org, JosephSmith.net, and LDSPhilanthropies.org. The Church’s Web properties consist of hundreds of domain names and tens of thousands of Web pages (plus millions of pages of documents in the Gospel Library in many languages). Church Web sites are read by over 7.5 million unique visitors each month with 15 million visits and 60 million page views per month (not counting the genealogical research site FamilySearch).

This included managing the writing, editing, translation, production, printing, and international distribution in 105 offices worldwide.
