Arthur E. Langford Jr. Parkway (State Route 166), formerly known as the Lakewood Freeway, is a six-mile (10 km) freeway through the northern portion of East Point
and southwestern Atlanta, Georgia

in the west with the Downtown Connector
(I-75/I-85) in the east.
In 1995 the Georgia Senate moved to rename the then Lakewood Freeway to the Arthur Langford, Jr.
