The building consists of a building articulated around a semicircular plaza that acts as the pole of attraction for the inhabitants of the area (10 million people). The 4-storey building includes offices, a museum, a cultural centre, department stores, shops and cinemas. There is a supermarket
at the first underground level. The parking is located at the second underground level. A semicircular exterior plaza becomes the pivotal

Visitors have direct acces to the mall through the metro station.
La Zona gathers more than half a million visitors per day.
