Regional lounges are smaller and Koru memberships do not provide the ability to bring in guests. Where possible, the staff will try to accommodate one guest with 1 guest pass.

International Lounges

For International flights there are lounges with a wide range of services. These services includes internet and printer access, showers, business facilities, regional television and light meals. These lounges can be accessed by both paid-up Koru Club members and Star Alliance Gold members, as well as business premier class passengers.

Koru members may take one guest into the Air New Zealand owned and operated lounges if there is space available and are issued 10 guests passes per year with a Koru membership pack for this purpose.

Star Gold members may also take a guest into the Air New Zealand owned and operated lounges if there is space available and do not require guest passes.

Los Angeles lounge is not available for customers who are in transit, unless you are flying Business Premier where an exemption to visit is provided to Air New Zealand for these customers.

These lounges can be accessed by Star Alliance Gold status customers flying on the Star Alliance network. Koru members may use these lounges other than specified, if they are flying on an Air New Zealand ticketed and operated flight.
