. He made his debut for the Astros in a 2-0 defeat away at St. Catharines on June 3, 2009. Unfortunately Mannings suffered an injury against the Trois Rivieres Attak on June 13 and never regained his form to make it back on the starting line up. He returned to his native Guyana at the end of October, the Astros hope that he will be returning to their line up in 2010 to complete his contract and help them to a better season.

International career

Mannings scored his goal for Guyana on January 27, 2008 in a 2-2 tie against Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. He was selected represent Guyana at the 2008 Caribbean Championship, and was in the starting 11 for the first two games against Dominica
