Kibi or Kyebi is a town in southeastern Ghana
on the eastern slopes of the Atewa Range
, and is the capital of the East Akim Municipal District. It lies at an altitude of 318 m, and has a population of about 23,000. It is served at a short distance by a station on the Ghanaian Railway
