Princess Khaliya is the second daughter of Professor Norman White and his wife Margaret, of Montclair, New Jersey, U.S.A. (Mr. White is a Professor of Information Operations and Information Systems at the Stern School of Business at New York University, and Mrs. White is a psychologist in private practice in Montclair).
