He was once again named to the Bearcat Academic Honor Roll. As a sophomore, he served as a backup to the offensive tackle positions, but his injuries limited him to one game. He was named the Scout Team Offensive Player of the Week for the Ohio State game. As a junior, he started 11 of the teams 12 regular season games at right tackle.
