. In his first season with New Jersey, Dooling became a key component to the team and flourished in the Nets new "Dribble-Drive" offense. He posted career highs in points, assists, and minutes per game in addition to becoming one of the league's better 3 point shooters. He was also extremely vocal in the locker room.

On July 19, 2010, Dooling signed with the Milwaukee Bucks.

Dooling currently serves as the Vice President for the NBA Players Association.
