History

The year 1946 was the beginning of basketball history in Kruševac. The first basketball game was played between students of Physical Education Kruševac and Red Star

. In 1965, the OKK Kruševac was formed, and already next year, played the first international match against Italian, "Pistoia".
In 1975, the OKK now as Napredak, after winning against the "Student" from Niš, with a score of 64:53, goes to second division where they took 7th place at the end of season.
For the first time, in the highest rank, Napredak competed in 1994. Unfortunately, at the end of the championship they finished as 29th, from 32 teams, and returned to the second division. Finally, in 2005 Napredak returned to the first league, now significantly changed compared to the 1994.
