Format change
With each successive change of ownership, KCWH has undergone minor to major format changes. The 2009 ownership change will be no exception, with TRC planning on bringing back the Rush LimbaughRush Limbaugh

Show "in very short order". The year prior to the most recent change marked the first time in Rush's 20+ year nationally syndicated run that he had not had an affiliate broadcast the program in Siskiyou County.
As for other pending changes, TRC has been mum, save to say that there will be updates and alterations to the current music rotation, and more local content, particularly on the weekends. TRC is also planning to bring back popular NFL broadcasts, but overall will be a "good old-fashioned, full service, small market radio station" according to Martin.

KCWH is a longtime affiliate of the Oakland A's, and is the flagship station for Mount Shasta High School football with Rick Martin and Al Blackmore. It's also the flagship station for Mount Shasta High School basketball with Martin calling the action on a solo basis.
