 & Colleges System (APSACS). It is located in Fort Colony, Multan Cantt. KAPS was established in 1976. Although KAPS started with an old building of Army Mess but it was progressively improved & was upgraded. Now it has almost 70 classes & it compromises of three wings i.e. Montessori wing, Junior Wing, High School Boys Wing & High School Girls wing.

Aim

The aim creating KAPS was to provide best education to the children of Army Personnel but the admission is open to civilians also. A large population of Multan studies in KAPS.

Syllabus

KAPS is bound to follow the syllabus prepared by APSCAS. It started SSC classes in 1992. KAPS is affiliated with Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education

, Islamabad. The students of KAPS have secured many positions in SSC Annual Examinations. Muneera Malik of KAPS in 2006 topped the Annual SSC examination.

Administration

GOC I Armoured Div is the Patron-in-Chief & Chairman of the institution. A brigadier is the Patron General & Vice chairman. The head of the institution is the Principal. Mr. Mazhar Iqbal was principal of KAPS from 2001 to 2008.He shifted to Sialkot APSACS now working in Mari Gas Company Limited as Principal in educational set up at Daharki, Distt Gotki, Sindh.
Mr. Talha Aftab had been working as Administrator from 2003 to 2006.
Sir Saleem Quereshi is now working as Principal of Boys school.

Currently the faculty comprises more than 100 qualified teachers.

High School Boys Wing

Mr. Saleem Qureshi is the headmaster of High School Boys Wing. He was appointed in January 2006 when Mr. Sharif Qureshi retired (He also served as the Principal of KAPS for some time). Mrs. Fouzia Asad is the headmistress of High School Girls Wing. The Girls wing compromises of 6 classes. Girls wing have also four houses: Ayesha House, Fatima House, Amna House, Rabia house.

Lahore:Arqam Khalid S/O of Lt Col Dastigir Khalid died in a tragic accident near Kalma Chowk, Lahore. He was student in KAPS in 2001. He was brother of topper Aksam Khalid in 2003. There are news that system of KAPS has changed and boys wings has been shifted to APDC.
