Randi Rhodes Incident

On October 14, 2007, Randi Rhodes sustained injuries that kept her off the air for several days. Jon Elliott falsely accused "Right-wingers" of physically attacking Rhodes. He based these allegations on an email that Rhodes wrote to the company saying she was mugged. Rhodes later admitted she fell while taking a smoke outside an Irish bar she had been patronizing and doesn't know what caused the fall. Jon apologized the next night for his role in the allegations.
