Education

He graduated from St. Vincent de Paul Seminary in 1979. He earned a BA. He earned a Master of Divinity degree from St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary in Boyton Beach in 1983. In 1996, he earned a Master of Education from Boston College.

Bishop Noonan was the son of John Noonan (? - April 1, 1962) and Margaret Purcell (?-October 13, 1995).
