(URA). While at URA, she re-united with her close friend, Allen Kagina

Jennifer Musisi is credited with co-authoring the administrative changes which in 2005, culminated in the forced resignation of all URA employees, in an attempt to rid the agency of corrupt officials. Eventually Jennifer Musisi rose to the rank of Commissioner of Legal and Board Affairs
at URA. Following the expiration of her contract at URA, she retired from the agency in 2010.
Following her retirement from the URA, she devoted her time and energy to running her confectionary business called The Cake Lady Company, known in Kampala for baking wedding cakes, particularly for mass weddings, where multiple couples are wedded at the same time and cut a single cake.

appointed her to be the first Executive Director of the newly-created Kampala Capital City Authority
