Jason Ouwendyk was a figure in Canadian

movement. He is the former spokesman of the Northern Alliance
. Ouwendyk assumed the role with the Northern Alliance soon after group founder Raphael Bergmann left the group.

. The Northern Alliance website
had been down for some time in the fall of 2005, but it was placed back up on the internet again in July 2006. Ouwendyk ultimately filed for bankruptcy protection in December 2004 and his bankruptcy trustee accepted the $12,500 damages claim against him in full to be paid out at roughly forty cents on the dollar over the next five years, the rate for all creditor claims.
