Janko Konstantinov, is a Macedonian
architect who, after the disastrous 1963 Skopje earthquake
, helped in re-building the city. His most famous building is the round building of the Central Skopje Post Office. He worked for some time in Alvar Aalto
's firm in Finland
, but left after the Skopje earthquake in order to help in building the city.
He is also a painter and has donated 108 paintings-aquarelles to the Bitola Bureau and Museum.
He initially worked on frescoes and icons for the Church "Holy Mother of God" in Bitola. Later on he turned to watercolor painting
