This delayed in completion is causing numerous hardship to the residents of Klang town and also the businesses surrounding the construction site.
Residents of this township have to endure long period of jams while getting in and out of town. Poor traffic dispersal system and also poorly maintained temporary roads are some of the example that contributed to this massive traffic gridlock.

Construction of the Klang flyover
Construction began on mid of 2007 and is estimated to be completed by the end of 2009. This projected is being developed by Spaz Sdn Bhd, a housing developer.As of now (Jan 2010), the actual construction progress is only 30%.
