İrem Ayan is a Turkish
ice hockey player and a member of the newly established Turkish national women's ice hockey team playing center / winger.
After having graduated from Hacettepe University
's Department of French Language and Literature in 2009, İrem Ayan started her M.A studies in conference interpreting at the Institut Libre Marie Haps in Brussels, which brought a temporary pause to her sports career as a national hockey player.
