During 2010 Christmas Season, Petrella served as special tour guide from November 4 through the first week of January 2011 at A Christmas Story House in Cleveland, Ohio. This house is found on West 11th St., Cleveland, Ohio and is the original house used for the filming of A Christmas Story. Ian interacted with visitors and recounted his firsthand experiences at the house during the filming of the movie in 1983.
