Huzurnagar has Sitaramachandra Swami temple which is 900 years old, one of the oldest temples in the district. Shivalayam is very powerful and worshiped by many devotees during festivals. The Saibaba temple is in the town center, as is an ancient temple dedicated to Rama.
Nearby Huzurnagar there is a pilgrimage centre, Mattapalli, which is popular among the neighbouring villages and towns. Its legend dates back to 13th century BC. Lord Narasimha Swamy is worshipped here and considered the most Powerful god. This temple is located on the banks of a well known South Indian River, River Krishna.
Saiprabath Nagar, named after SaiBaba Temple, is located in the center of Huzurnagar town, which was formerly supposed to be the outskirts of the town, and which is surrounded by a hospital and educational institutions.
Recently Three more temples are constructed Lord Vinayaka, Lord Venkateshwara & Chadhuvula thalli Saraswathi.
In Huzurnagar there are five masjids. one of the main masjid is located at pottisriramulu centre. and remaining four are located at sithramnagar, lakhavram road, dhadanla cheruv, opp new bus stand.
Sarvaram is one of the safest villages in Nalgonda district, it has four ways road from the all the areas, samula kalavathi venkat reddy is the present sarpanch in the village, they have done lot of works in village, only one pending work is there that is a bridge in between sarvaram & lingagiri, so we kindly ask government to construct that bridge.
There are now multiple techno schools, including krishnaveni Talent school, Teja Talent school.
The oldest schools, serving many students are Vignan High School, Chaitanya bharti school, Chaitanya Grammar school, the huzurnagar public school and others.Now L I C OF INDIA Office open from 23/9/2009 at MLG X ROAD.
Huzurnagar has two nationalised banks, Andhra Bank and State Bank of Hyderabad and a co-operative central bank and a Grameena Bank. The town has seven petrol stations, one of the oldest of which is Pendyala Kotilingam Brothers, established in 1976
