Huaman is a fictional person of the Three Kingdoms
period of Chinese history

against the Nanman
.
Huaman was the daughter of the Nanman chieftain Meng Huo
and his wife Lady Zhurong
. When Zhuge Liang led Shu Han
forces to attack the Nanman, Huaman joined in the resistance against the invaders. She was captured by the Shu Han general Guan Suo
in battle, and started a romance with him. They were forced to separate because they stood on opposing sides, but their love was not affected by that. After the Nanman surrendered to Shu Han, Zhuge Liang arranged for Guan Suo and Huaman to be married.
