where they said the album was ready and was going to be released during Masami Akita's (a.k.a Merzbow) performance on the No Fun Festival on May 17 but he cancelled his tour over the United States

due to the swine flu outbreak, the album release date was moved a week earlier, the label released the album on May 11 and started shipping a week after.
