Building work has finished on a Fitness Suite, which PE students have access to, containing Fitness Training Machines and weights.

The school Music Department has access to a Technology Room, which contains computers loaded with Cubase music programs, and Sibelius (computer program), a musical score-writing program. It also features keyboards connected to these computers, acting as speakers and MIDI-input devices.

For students, notices are posted there, such as news about the school. From the website students can:
  • access school files from home.
  • access the timetable.
  • access the student's locker combination.
  • view the student's reports.
  • view the student's merits and achievements to date.
  • access the 'Highcliffe Challenge', a school-wide challenge which involves students, upon completion of certain extra-curricular activities and achievements, emailing evidence of this to relevant teachers. If the teacher agrees with the students contribution, the specified task will be 'confirmed'. Each Keystage (3, 4, or 5) has its own tasks, and also its own number of tasks required to complete the challenge. Upon completion of the relevant challenges, a successful student will receive a badge and a certificate.

UPDATE: Recently, Highcliffe adopted the Frogtrade VLE system (pond), this allows them to integrate all of the features above, plus more into a whole new look site.
