bought the magazine in 2004, and has since made several editorial and design changes. HighGrader supports northern Ontario writers, photographers and artists. Its circulation is worldwide consisting mostly ex-pats. HighGrader is published bi-monthly. HighGrader Publications has launched its first book, DRAWINGS OF THE PORCUPINE, 1909 -2009 featuring the artwork of Belleville's Denis Newman and scripted by Syl Belisle and is presntly working on a second tome, HIGHGRADER BY THE HEARTH, a composite of selected stories from the magazine's first 15 years.
