. The company originated as Huyton Taxis Ltd, assuming its present title in 1990. Having previously operated minibuses, it has expanded into local bus service work since the mid 2000s. HTL made significant increases to their fleet and routes operated during 2011 due to gaining many contracts from other operators.

Operations

The company operates one commercial service in Knowsley, and in 2010 also began to operate commercially a group of four previously tendered circular services in south Liverpool and south Knowsley.
