The resort would be situated on the northeast corner of Charleston Boulevard and Grand Central Parkway and aimed at drawing customers from the World Market Center.

The project would also include 11100 sq ft (1,031.2 m²) of retail and a 260000 sq ft (24,154.8 m²) convention center.
