. It is produced by bruising a sprig of fresh lime into sugar cane syrup before adding ice into a cocktail shaker. Dark rum, and fresh lime juice are then added before the ingredients are shaken together. The ingredients are then strained into a cocktail glass over crushed ice. The drink is topped up with a dash of lemonade and a dash of grenadine
