, England. In 2008 The factory and chimney were destroyed. Oxely primary school pupil and former Goodyear worker had the privilege of pressing the firing button. The factory was built in the early 1920s on Stafford Road, Wolverhampton.

The chimney was reduced to a pile of bricks and metal. Houses are going to be built on the site in a few years time. The offices that were owned by Goodyear were re-let to Promise. Over two thousand people came to see the demolition of the chimney stack.
