Kazan International Festival of Muslim Cinema will be organized as an annual forum of cinematographers, and a place of regular meetings and an exchange of experience, of further cooperation, between filmmakers of Russia and the Muslim countries and the entire world. In festival can take part not only Muslims, but also the representatives of other faiths creating films, popularizing universal spiritually-moral and cultural traditions.
The purpose of the given festival is creation of objective representation in Russia and the world community about an Islam and Muslims.

History

The First Kazan International Festival Of Muslim Cinema took place in the capital of Tatarstan
