Godavari Express

The Godavari Express is one of the most prestigious trains of South Central Railway
and runs between Visakhapatnam
and Hyderabad. It is currently being operated with 12727 / 12728 train numbers and it used to be (2727 / 2728, 7007 / 7008) in the past.
The Central Railway has also operated a Godavari Express between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus
(Kurla, Mumbai) and Manmad
junction since 1993. The Godavari Express is a superfast
train running daily, covering a distance of 255 kilometres (158.5 mi) in 4 hours 35 minutes.
