Platform level seating is unique to the station, and sheltered with glass walls. Wayfinding signage is backlit. Floors and certain walls are clad with red-brown tiles.

Glencairn formerly featured a stained glass skylight entitled Joy designed by Rita Letendre, which was removed at the artist's request after it became faded.
