. It was built in 1894, and is a 3 1/2-story brick building on a limestone

 foundation. There are two, one-story brick additions. It features a stepped gable, with a full gabled attic. The building replaced a mill built on this site in 1786, that was destroyed by fire in 1892. The mill ceased being used for grinding grain in 1947.
