Early career

Rumbauskas made his start in sales at the age of twenty, having had no experience or formal training in business. His early years in sales were marked by seemingly endless failure and rejection, which some reviewers say accounts for his genuineness and ability to relate to struggling salespeople instead of sounding like a "demigod." His back against the wall, Rumbauskas entered into a multi-year period of trial and error in which he developed the strategies he now teaches in his books, seminars.

International presence

Never Cold Call Again: Achieve Sales Greatness Without Cold Calling has been translated into Bahasa Indonesia and is now on sale in Indonesia; in addition, Selling Sucks: How to Stop Selling and Start Getting Prospects to Buy is currently being translated for release in both Romania and South Korea, solidifying Rumbauskas' international presence in the publishing world.
