Lopardo made his North American debut as Tamino in Die Zauberflöte with Opera Theater of St. Louis. He has a long-standing relationship with The Metropolitan Opera in New York, where he has performed over 180 times since his debut in 1989 in the role of Almaviva in Il barbiere di Siviglia.
