In 2008 Nick Kemp set up The Association for Provocative Therapy with Frank Farrelly's approval, to promote standards and training in Provocative Therapy as well as creating the Farrelly endorsed AFPT icon system for teaching Provocative Therapy strategies to students. Frank Farrelly has insisted that there will be no "certications in Provocative Therapy" a point enforced during a conversation with Nick Kemp in the 2006 "A Provocaive Approach DVD set.
In Feb 2009 Nick Kemp began archiving an extensive collection of unreleased material from Frank Farrelly dating back to the 1970s, including numerous radio interviews and workshops.
