Founded in 1983 by Nick Palmer
and Chris Harvey , Flagship has been edited by Carol Mulholland since issue 70. Shortly after publishing issue 130 in 2010 Carol Mulholland suffered a serious illness. The magazine is now in hiatus, and it is uncertain if it will resume publication.
